Basic Micro discovered a bug in the Nano bootloader coder that caused programming problems. A solution was found and the parts are once again available
If you are having difficulties this way, contact
support@basicmicro.com. Be prepared to supply information about the problem so we can eliminate programming errors due to user misunderstanding. If it is determined that the Nano is defective, you will be directed to return the part(s) to Basic Micro and (a) replacement(s) sent to you.
