I recently ordered and received an BasicATOM Lab Board, Item Id: B0262.

I am pleased with the board with two exceptions.

The data sheet and web page picture both show JP4 with a 3-pin header installed in the Servo Power position.

The board I received does NOT have the header installed.

Also, you should have installed two stand-offs on the LCD module to keep it from flopping during shipping.
I have not had any problems as yet.

If these two issues are addressed, you would have an excellent product.

I have purchased several products from BasicMicro and overall have been very satisfied.

I believe I talked with you on the phone this morning. Let me know if that isn't the case. Thanks for the feedback. The 3 pin header should have been populated. When I go down to the warehouse I'll do a spot check on them. We don't add any standoffs to the LCD thats included with the Lab boards, however I'll see how we are shipping those. Sounds like the LCD should be bagged seperately when shipping those.
