I don't have the exact one in front of me but this is the jist.

hservo [p0\0,p1\0,p2\0,p3\0]
main
hservo [p0\-10000\100,p1\10000\100,p2\-10000\100,p3\10000\100
hservowait [p0,p1,p2,p3]
hservo [p0\10000\100,p1\-10000\100,p2\10000\100,p3\-10000\100
hservowait [p0,p1,p2,p3]
goto main

Just extend the commands to all 32 servo pins.
