Hi,

I have just bought a B0112 Nano 18/28 Pin Microcontroller Board and a nano 28X and I can't program the nano 28X. I get "A BasicAtom NANO processor must be connected for automatic detection". And I don't have the problem with a regular nano28?

Other problem, when I try to program a nano18 with the same board, I get Error[113] what ever program I try to send (see file attached)?

Thanks for your help

Chris

Hi Chris,

I think the compiler error may be mentioned in the thread: atom-f484/ba40-hpwm-compiler-error-t9675.html

Don't have any of the Nano X chips to help out, but if I remember correctly I believe you need an external clock or the like?

Do you have the 20mhz resonator installed on the 18/28 board? It goes in the 3 pin socket next to the chip sockets. If that isn't installed the NanoX chips won't run.

Did you look at the link I put in my first reply? I believe it is a problem in the compiler that Nathan is fixing for the next release, but he also gave a workaround until then...

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the 28X.
I ended find finding the resonator in the blister
The 28X is now being seen and working fine.
I will test what is in your link and let you know

Thanks

Chris

Hi Kurt,

I add

Code:
DC1B1 con CCP1X
DC1B0 con CCP1Y

At the beginning of my program and it's now compiling well

Thanks

Just a reminder that is just a temporary workaround. Once the new release is out you will need to remove those two lines or you will get a duplication error.
