Hi.
The answer depends on what your set up is. If it's self contained, no connection to the outside world, the answer is no. Sounds like you're not feeding this to an external device, like a PC's sound card or an existing amplifier. Are you are prepared to add an amp chip or transistor and want the ucontroller to set the volume? There are ways to do this, but tell me if this is what you want to do.

Well i am using the viper and i am just using the sound chip they gave me. I am using a lookup way for how i put the sound in my code. It is possible with the sound chip they gave me or do i need a better one.

I'm not familiar with the Viper. What is it? Better yet, give us a link to go to so we can study it.

Here is the website which made it http://www.microbric.com/page.php?sId=17
I think the sound chips number or whatever you call it is mcm010144a. Viper is a very basic robot.

I looked at the manual supplied at the page you provided. I see that there is a volume pot on the "buzzer" card. I take it you have turned this up all the way and want still more volume. I don't see a schematic for this or any other circuit that goes into the Viper. Without a schematic there is no way to determine how this could be done. Sorry. If you find a schematic post it here and we'll see what we can do.

Later!
