I'm looking for the Hardware Manual of then Atom 24-M/Atom 28-M.
Where can I find it?

The "BasicATOM" pdf file on this page has most of it.

They have a diagram of the 'module' itself as a 2-page PDF file, but most of the hardware description is in the "BasicATOM Manual" link.

I'm looking for a Docunetation of all Registers like this for the Atom Pro (http://documentation.renesas.com/eng/products/mpumcu/rej09b0142_h83664.pdf)

I need it for the normal Atom 24-m/28-M

Ah! Then you need to go to www.microchip.com, and download the manual for the 16F876/16F877. That's the PIC chip built into the Atom 'plain'.
